We provide business-to-business (B2B) property intelligence data products, including but not limited to: distressed property records, real estate investor data, commercial property information, political campaign data, and geographic reference datasets. All data is sourced from publicly available records, government filings, and licensed data providers.
Our data products are intended for legitimate business purposes only, including:
You agree NOT to use our data for harassment, stalking, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) when using the data.
While we make commercially reasonable efforts to verify and enrich our data, we do not guarantee 100%% accuracy. Data is provided as-is and may contain outdated or incomplete records. You are responsible for verifying data before relying on it for any decision.
One-time data purchases are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data without our written consent. Subscription and API products include usage rights as described in your specific plan.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars. Subscription products auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via email to [email protected].
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos Signal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our data products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
